How The Process Works



Sign up

Once you've signed up for an account, we will verify your accredited investor status. You will complete a docusign package and then you are ready to fund your first loan.


Invest in Mortgages

You can choose between whole notes (meaning you buy the entire note) or fractionalized notes (meaning you can buy a portion of the note) for as little as $100,000 into each investment. All these notes are secured with a deed of trust.


Start Earning Interest

Borrowers will repay the loans you're invested in on a monthly basis. You own a portion of each note you're invested in and will receive a share of each payment.


Receive Final Payment

Your loan will be fully paid back in 12 to 24 months. We manage the day to day servicing along with all borrower and lender questions. Once the loan has been repaid, all funds will be returned directly into your bank account where you can withdraw the funds or reinvest to keep earning returns.
